Today we’re going to look at what it’s like to be a professional bodybuilder.

The first step to becoming a professional at anything is putting in the time,

and becoming a professional bodybuilder is no different!

While the average person who regularly works out might go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week

and stay around an hour,

a bodybuilder is probably spending 2 to 3 hours in the gym every single day!

And that doesn’t even include the time you need to spend on

All of these hours quickly add up.

Your muscles need calories to grow, lots and lots of calories.

It’s almost impossible to consume that much is just 3 meals per day,
