A common question i am asked is a reasonable question

I’ve been told I will be asleep during my surgery.

Is general anesthesia the same as sleep?

General anethesia is not just deeper sleep.

It’s a kind of coma that we can induce and we can reverse.

The second common question i am asked is: I have been told that i will be paralyzed

during my surgery.

Isn’t this dangerous? How will i breath?

You will then be given an anesthetic which will eliminate all memory
过程的记忆
of the surgical experience itself.
手术过程中你不会苏醒
And you will not be awaken and you will not reform your memory,
手术完全结束后你会重拾记忆
until the surgery is completed.
麻醉过后 我会很疼吗
After the anesthetic is gone,won’t i have a lot of pain?

When anesthesia is properly delivered,the provider would ensure the pain prevention
