and today I will show you 5 exercises that I like to do and that made me who I am now!
(练习一)
(1st exercise)
第一个练习 我重点放在基础动作上:接球 腿部练习 协调性练习和掷球
In the first exercise, I concentrate on the bascis: catching, leg work, coordination & handling the ball.
(1.1 动作分解)
(1.1 Procedure)
教练踢反弹球给守门员 守门员接住后动作干净的掷回给教练
The coach kicks a dropkick ball to the goalkeeper, who properly catches it and delivers it back in a clean manner.
然后 我们继续小跳 跳过障碍物
Then we procede with little jumps over the hurdles
再快步绕过标志盘
and fast steps around the obstacle.
接下来 跳过跨栏扑向射来低平球
After that, the goalkeeper jumps over the hurdle and directly jumps towards the low kicked ball.

1:接球干净
1st: Catching the ball with a clean technique
2:整个练习过程保持身体良好的紧张感
2nd: Keeping a good body tension throughout the whole exercise
3:接低球之前 先跳过跨栏然后向接球一侧迈一小步
3rd: Landing in a sidestep after jumping over the hurdle before going down for the low ball

(2nd exercise)
通过敏捷梯 练习脚部动作
Trough the speed ladder, we work on our footwork.
先练习接一个吊高球(快速旋转的球不建议以反手托出 很容易因旋转脱手造成进球)
The first ball imitates a high ball into the box.
接下来与练习一相同 我们以接低平球结束
And as in the first exercise, we end with a low ball.
(2.1 动作分解)
(2.1 Procedure)
首先 我们以正确的动作通过敏捷梯
First, we run in a proper manner through the speed ladder.
然后我们尽力接高球
Then we try to catch the high ball.
球太高接不到时 将球顺势转向到球门后方
If the ball is too high to catch, deflect it behind the goal.
然后 双脚跳过跨栏
After that, we jump with both feet over the hurdle
再去接低平球
and catch the low kicked ball.

第一:掌握正确技巧之后再练习速度
1st: Right technique before speed
第二:高球只有两种处理方法:接住球或是转向打出
2nd: You only have two options saving the high ball: Catching or deflecting
不要把球转向到前方或场内
Never divert it into the front or back into the field.
第三:跟第一个练习一样-接低球之前 先跳过跨栏然后向接球一侧迈一小步落地
3rd: As in the first exercise – land in a side step after jumping the hurdle

在这个练习中 我们练习扑球 特别是扑球技巧和身体的紧张度
In this exercise, we train the dive. Especially the technique and the body tension.
扑球之前 朝来球相反方向迈一步
And through doing a step in the different direction, we simulate a deflected ball.
(3.1 动作分解)
(3.1 Procedure)
跃过跨栏之前 我们先快速朝相反方向快速迈出一步
Before jumping over the hurdle with a sidestep, we take a quick step in the other direction
然后我们越过跨栏 在起跳扑球之前朝来球方向蹬地以接住高球
After that we do the normal procedure over the hurdle and jump off with a sidestep in order to catch the high ball.
(3.2 动作要点)
(3.2 Important aspects)
第一:正确的技术之后练习速度
1st: Right technique before speed
第二:越过跨栏后以侧步落地
2nd: Landing in a sidestep after jumping over the hurdle
第三:扑球的时候保持良好的身体紧张感是非常重要的
3rd: It is very important to have a good body tension while doing the dive

(4th exercise)
这是个简单的练习 我们练习扑球反应
This exercise is simple. Here we train our reflexes.
(4.1 动作分解)
(4.1 Procedure)
把球扔向弹球床 模拟传给进攻球员的球
Throw the ball against the rebounder, so it deflects to the striker as a cross.
进攻球员射门
The strikes shoots at your goal.
同时 站在基本位置上
In the meantime, we position ourselves in the basic position
并对来球的方向做出反应
and then react to the ball.

迅速回到基本站位非常重要
It is very important to run back into the basic position
否则我们就无法准确完成扑球动作
otherwise we will not be able to properly dive.

我们会练习到我们之前所学的所有内容
This exercise reflects all learnt aspects from our previous exercises.

Okay, I don’t think I have to explain too much. Let’s catch those balls out of the corners!
