I once gave a commencement speech at a business school

and my whole focus was around what it takes to be a leader.

In this current day and age,

is changing things so fast that blind spots

But if you surround yourself with people who are different from you,

actually you profit and gain and you prosper.

How you do that in a good way,

that’s the magic of leadership.
