So, I got out of stage a couple weeks ago,

but they didn’t know how many clients they needed,

they didn’t know how much revenue they needed,

they just knew that they wanted to make a change,

and maybe you feel that way, too.

Maybe you have a business that is growing right now and is doing great things,

and you know you want more, you want more bondage, you want more clients.

But you don’t know exactly what that number is, isn’t it?

It’s really hard to get somewhere when you don’t know where you are going.

So one of these things that I’d talked about all the time is
不要再列举你不想做的事
stop making a list of the things that you don’t want.

Things like, you know, your health, like, “I don’t wanna feel this way any more.

I don’t wanna, you know, look this way anymore.

I hate my boss. I hate my relationship. I hate my customers.”

Whatever it is, stop thinking about the negative,

because what you focus on really does expand .

As you focus on hating your clients, you are gonna wake up every day,

and hate your clients and you’ll attract more clients that you hate.

Instead, let’s focus on the things that we do want.

What do you actually want?

Because once you know what you want

we can do something called reverse engineering,

we can go backwards to get there.

So, let’s say let’s do easy math today

that you wanna make 120 grand a year and I’m using 120 instead of 100,

because that means you wanna make 10 thousand dollars per month.

and let’s say that that’s your target income, maybe you need to add a zero to that,

Whatever it is, let’s use easy math.

Even if you are not selling an ebook, maybe you are just selling like salsa.

This is really really expensive salsa.

So you started looking at that,

but then you say “All right. I want to make 10 thousand dollar a month,

So instead of 20-dollar ebooks

Let’s say marketing or consulting service

for at a thousand dollars a month

for now you only need 10 clients.

And when you add in this monthly thing,

that means you only need 10 clients once.

Now, you can go even further.

So in order to get 10 clients,
你要怎么做呢
How do you get 10 clients?
比如你办一个线上讲座
Well, let’s say you do a webinar
来获得客户
in order to get clients
就会有10%的客户转化率
and you convert at 10%
或者说为了能获取十个客户
or in order to get 10 clients,
你需要一百个人参加这个讲座
you need to get a hundred people on the webinar.
现在为了有一百个人能参加这个讲座
Now in order to get a hundred people on the webinar,
你可能需要有两百个用户注册量
you might need to get two hundred people to register.
因为只有50%的注册用户会出席讲座
Because only 50% of the people who register are gonna show up,
就会得到100个用户出席 然后为了有200名用户注册
and then get to a hundred people and then in order to get two hundred to register.
比如说你的登陆页有50%的转化率
Let’s say you get 50% conversion on your landing page.
或者你现在需要400点击量或流量
Or now you need four hundreds, uh… clicks or pieces of traffic,
所以你在脸书的广告上可能需要400人的点击量
so maybe you need four hundred people who clicks from a facebook Ad
来获得200个注册用户
to get two hundred registers
从100名出席用户中获取10%成为你们的10个客户
to get a hundred to show-up to get 10% to close to get your ten clients.

It’s just reverse engineering, my friends. It is kind of simple.
