not that there’s any shame in that

And how did I do it?

Not by going on a diet but by changing my diet by making the right choices.
The firstthing was give up the sugar.
Just if it comes out of a packet
if it comes out a jar
if it crinkles as you open it
it’s processed food. It’s got sugar in it.
Don’t have it.
Have unprocessed food without the suger
Second thing I did was
I didn’t try and moderate my grog intake
I stopped absolutely stone motherless stopped and
it’s easier not to drink at all,
cause of It like a mad thing in my case
than to try to do moderation.
I don’t do moderation well, I can’t do it,
but I can stop.
So the guts of it is this:
this is what back in the day
about three or four years ago
I would have had with chips and the heavy hamburger.
I would have had the cookie which is just rotten with sugar.
And sadly, no joke,
I would have here in the Avenue Cafe in Mossman
I would have washed it down by one if not two glasses of wine.
that every bottle of wine equals one Big Mac
but now I change instead
that I just have a light salad
that is a chicken salad with a lean chicken
with a little bit of cottage cheese a little bit of whatever that is.
Lots of green tree tomatoes and
we’re done and that is absolutely plenty for me to eat,
I never go hungry,but the difference is by making the right choices
and I’m not a dietitian and I’m not a doctor
Please see your doctor if pain persists
But my experience has been: knocking out the sugar, knocking out the alcohol
l has been the best thing
for my health I have ever done and at least
my doctor confirms that.
