so today i’ve made four salads

they are all really nice

我男朋友Adrien超喜欢小扁豆沙拉
my boyfriend Agene’s obsessed with the lentil salad and also the tuna one
和金枪鱼沙拉
我个人最喜欢羽衣甘蓝沙拉
i think my personal favourite is probably the kale, lentil…still have no idea
还是小扁豆沙拉 太难选啦
我觉得都很好吃
they’re all really nice try out in the meal i think

我习惯一次性做很多份沙拉
just because i’m quite busy on the weekdays

and i don’t have time to cook
但是通常到了周五
usually at the end of the fifth day they’re quite…

[小扁豆小麦沙拉]
[1杯小扁豆]
[3杯水]
[1杯绿色小麦]
[2.5杯水]
[月桂叶]
[小扁豆煮25-30分钟绿色小麦煮25分钟]
[鹰嘴豆 石榴 葡萄干 绿色小麦 薄荷叶 烤杏仁 小扁豆 柠檬 南瓜子]

this is my favourite go-to salad
只需要羽衣甘蓝 鳄梨
it’s just some kale with avocado,tomatoes,cucumber and some nuts
西红柿 黄瓜和坚果
你也可以加入一些你喜欢的蔬菜
you can also add any vegetables that you like
我做的沙拉并不总是这么养眼
and it doesn’t always look this pretty when make it
但为了拍照传上网 我会弄得好看一点
but i’m making it look pretty for some instergram photos so yeah
我习惯再加一点香脂醋
anyway
再加一点橄榄油也行 看你喜不喜欢啦
就这样 超级简单
and that’s it super easy
[牛皮菜毛豆沙拉]
the next dish is a really delicious salad
下面这份沙拉同样美味
毛豆富含蛋白质 可以用来补充蛋白质
edamame’s really high in protein so it is really a good source of protein
适合想要提高蛋白质摄入量的人
if you are looking to have a higher protein intake
首先我要做毛豆芝麻酱调料
first i’m going to make the edamame tahini dressing
我需要约150克毛豆 30克芝麻酱
i have about hundred fifty grams of edamame, thirty grams of tahini
半杯水
half a cup of water, five cloves of roasted garlic
5瓣烤大蒜
30克柠檬汁
thirty grams of lemon juice, a half teaspoon of cumin, bit of salt
半茶匙孜然
一点盐
和1大匙橄榄油
and a tablespoon of olive oil
剁碎牛皮菜和其他蔬菜
chop up silverbeet and other vegetables and stir the sauce in
再加入调味汁搅拌
太简单了
it is so easy
如果你更喜欢煮熟的蔬菜 可以煮熟
you can also choose the cooked vegetables if you prefer to
Adrien也更喜欢煮熟的蔬菜
and Agene also preferred the cooked vege better because it is a bit more tasty
因为会更好吃

[金枪鱼玉米沙拉]
最后这份沙拉是我男朋友的最爱
last but not least this is probably Agene’s favourite
他喜欢金枪鱼 所以我总是给他做
and he loves tunas so i always make this for him
只需要准备一些烤辣椒或胡椒
烤玉米和植物奶油
首先 用打蛋器将植物奶油软化
然后加金枪鱼
烘烤过的蔬菜
一点胡椒和盐
这样就好了 很简单
你也可以加其他种类的奶油奶酪或蛋黄酱
不过我更喜欢植物奶油
