El Chupacabras, a Modern Mystery

Some say it’s an alien,

others say a military experiment.

It’s also been called a dinosaur, a humanoid,

The first reports of el chupacabras

are actually relatively recent as monsters go.

It’s not your typical classic monster,

They first appeared in 1995 in the Puerto Rican town of Canóvanas.

Mayor José Ramón “Chemo” Soto, who was up for reelection in 1996,
