煲仔饭

Claypot Rice - 煲仔饭

把无骨鸡腿肉切成4厘米的大块
Cut 500g bonelesschicken thighs into 4cm chunks
倒入2汤匙浓老抽
Marinate with 2 tbsp thick dark soy sauce
2汤匙蚝油
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1汤匙芝麻油
1 tbsp sesame oil
1汤匙淀粉
1 tbsp cornstarch
1杯水
1 cup water
腌制至少2个小时
Marinate for at least 2 hours
把一条腊肠切成薄片
Cut one lup cheong into thin slices
把4到6片咸鲭鱼切成小方块
Cut 4-6 slices of salted mackerel into cubes
倒2汤匙食用油到锅里
Add 2 tbsp oil to pan
翻炒咸鲭鱼和腊肠直到产生香味
Stir fry salted mackerel and lup cheong till fragrant
倒3汤匙食用油到砂锅里
Add 3 tbsp oil to claypot
20克姜末
20g Chopped ginger
20克蒜末
20g chopped garlic
翻炒至溢出香味
Stir Fry till fragrant
倒入3杯洗好的生米
Add 3 cups rice(washed)
3杯量的鸡汤
3 cups chicken stock
煮沸
Bring to a boil
盖上盖子用中火煮20分钟
Cover and Cook rice for 20mins over medium heat
每10分钟翻一次
Stir rice every 10 mins
加入咸鲭鱼和腊肠
Add salted mackerel and lup cheong
加入腌好的鸡肉
Add Marinated Chicken
盖上盖子再煮15分钟
Cover and cook for another 15 mins
加入150克菜心
Add 150g of chye sim
关火然后用余温焖10分钟
turn off heat, cover and let it steam for 10 mins
倒入1汤匙浓老抽
mix 1 tbsp thick dark soy sauce
1汤匙生抽
1 tbsp light soy sauce
四分之一汤匙的白胡椒粉
¼ tsp white pepper powder
1汤匙花雕酒
1 tbsp hua diao jiu
1汤匙蚝油
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1汤匙芝麻油
1 tsp sesame oil
1汤匙糖然后搅拌
1 tbsp sugar
加入30克小葱葱花
Add 30g Chopped spring onions
根据喜好加入适量的酱汁
Add sauce mixture(according to taste)
