Burpee Workout for Fat Loss (3 TOUGH VARIATIONS!!)

嗨 伙计们
Hey, you guys!
苏珊 为女性做运动
Susan, with ATHLEANXX for Women.
今天我们来做一套搭配低箱的波比运动
Today we’re doing my low box burpee workout.

第一组动作是跳波比
The first exercise is runner burpee.
先做六次轻跳
You’re gonna do six taps,
落下俯身做俯卧撑
drop down into a pushup,
跃起站立 然后再做六个轻跳
pop back up, and do six more taps.

第二组动作是 横向跳式波比
Our second exercise: lateral runner burpee.
同样要做六次跳跃 然后做一个俯卧撑 跳回右边
You’re going to do six taps,
再次俯身做俯卧撑
once again you’re going to drop down into that pushup,
再做六次跳跃
jump right back up, and do six taps.

第三项运动是开合跳平板支撑
Our third exercise is lateral plank jack pushup burpee.
一只手放在地上 一只手放在盒子上
You’re going to start with one hand on the ground,
另一只手撑在踏板上
one hand on the box.
你要做
You’re going to do
你要做六个开合跳 然后直接做一个俯卧撑
six jacks, and then you’re gonna go right into a pushup.
然后立刻起身站起 完成波比动作
You’re going to pop up into your burpee,
回到平板支撑的状态 然后到沿着盒子到另一边
you’re going to travel over the box,
重复刚才的动作
and do the same on the opposite side.
