原因很简单 因为在15分钟内你可以完成非常多的事情
Simply,because there are a lot of things that you can accomplish in 15 minutes.
当然 我指的是有用的事
And of course I must add useful things.

清醒并振作起来
Wake-up to Shake up
首先至关重要的是“轻锻炼”
Well,the first and the most important thing is’LIGHT EXERCISES’.
没错 当你清晨醒来时
Yes,when you wake up
你会有一点起床气 甚至是颓废无力
you are a little grumpy and even lazy
甚至懒到不想起床
like you just don’t wan na get out of the bed,
然而 如果你分出15分钟去做一些“轻锻炼”
however,if you spare 15 minutes of your time to indulge in’light exercise’,
那无疑会让你一整天都保持精神充沛
it will definitely bring a spring in your step.
你一定会感到充满活力
You will definitely feel active and
当然 起床也会比之前更加轻松一点
of course getting up a little more fit than before.
所以不如试着做20个左右的俯卧撑
So go ahead try around 20 push-ups
或者一些拉伸动作
or do a little bit of stretching
或者任何适合你的轻运动
or whatever suits your style.
你只需要让你的身体保持健康的形态
You just need to get that body in shape
那并不是什么难事 不是吗?
And that never hurts, right

De-clutter things

Hey,here’s another thing that you can do’DE-CLUTTER’.

I believe that when we indulge in an act that involves clearing away the clutter.
我们就会感到心情愉悦
it brings positivity,
它也会让你有一种
it gives you the sense
将一切整理得井然有序的成就感
of that accomplishment that you have brought everything in order and discipline.
那么 假设现在我的壁橱很乱
Now if I have a messy closet,
只要我对此稍加整理 我的感觉就会非常愉悦
I kind of neatly arrange the rack of clothes and I feel so good about it,
正如当我打开壁橱时会不住地赞叹
like when I open my closet and I’m like

ah, ah it looks awesome.

Moreover it also pays off to have an organized wardrobe.

So you’d better indulge in some ME time.
这段“私人时间”可以用来阅读你最喜欢的书
Now this’me time’can be reading your favorite book,
跳跳舞或者只听听你喜欢的音乐
dancing or probably just listening to your favorite music
看你最爱的节目
watching your favorite show
或者是享受非常美味的冰淇淋
or probably just enjoying this amazing scrumptious yummy ice cream.
所以 给自己喜欢上自己的时间
Well.Time for you to go love yourself.
在你的人际关系上投入一些精力
Put some strength in your relationships
然后和身边的人“增进感情”
Here’s the next one’STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS’.
现在如果你有15分钟的空闲时间的话
Now if you have that extra 15 minutes
给你的外婆打个电话吧
make that phone call to your grand mom.
告诉她你真的非常想念她
Tell her that you really miss her.
或者如果你与父母各在一方
Or if you stay away from your parents,
那么就打电话和他们聊聊天吧
just call them and talk to them.
或者打给你移民到其他国家的朋友
Or probably it’s your friend who has moved to a different country.
健康的人际关系会有助于你个人的成长
Well healthy relationships make you grow on a very personal level.

that 15 minutes to nurture and strengthen your relationships with others.
修复破损的东西
Fix something that’s broken
接着你可以做的另外一个有趣的事情
There’s another interesting thing that you can do,

‘FIX SOMETHING THAT’S BROKEN’.
当你修复一些东西时
Now when we get something fixed,
它一定会给你带来慰藉
it actually gives us a sense of relief
让你不用再操心它了
of not having to deal with it anymore.
是的 你知道的 如果有些东西出故障了
Yes,you know if something is not functioning
而你却一直拖延 总是想着 “好 我待会儿就修”
and you were just postponingit for a later weekend that, “hey, I’ll fix it later”
但是如果你现在就动手 猜猜会怎样?
but if you do it now, guess what?
那东西能用了 而你也会心情愉悦
That thing is already functioning and you’re happy about it.
所以去换下损坏的灯泡
So go get that bulb changed,
去请人将漏水的管子修补好
go get a plumber and get your leaky pipes fixed
或者自己动手解决那些待修理的东西
or just you know fix things that needs to be fixed,
也许是你的车胎或者其他的东西
maybe your car tyre or anything for that matter.
但是 请在15分钟内修补好
But do get it fixed in that 15 minutes.
记录一些想法
Pen down some thoughts
好的 下一件你需要做的事就是
Well,here’s the next thing that you can do,
写“日志”或者是“日记”
‘WRITE A JOURNAL’ or a’DIARY’.
写日志或日记可以让你对生活有更全面的了解
Well,writing a journal or a diary gives you a perspective about your own lives.
这也是非常重要的 对吧?
Which is also very important, right?
当你写日志的时候
Now when you write a journal,
试着问自己几个问题
try to ask yourself certain questions.
一些关于你的职场工作或是自身的问题
Questions about your professional work or about yourpersonal.
你真正想做的事是什么?
What you really want to work on.
你有哪些非常想改变的不良嗜好吗?
Any kind of a bad behavior that you really want to bring in a change.
或者有什么坏习惯是你想戒掉的吗?
Or probably a bad habit that you want to get rid of.
试着将这些或其他事情列出清单
So just try to make a list of these things and another thing
然后把那些令你心情愉悦的事情
that you can add to your journal or to your diary
写进你的日志或者日记中
are the things that you are really grateful about.
当你以后读到时 这些东西会使你感到开心
Well,these things will really make you happy when you read it on later basis.
那么这15分钟就会对你有很大帮助
So these 15 minutes will can be pretty helpful to you.
给自己充电
Recharge your system

You know there are so many people who have always mentioned

You get the sudden burst of energy and alertness

which kind of increases your overall performance in whatever you are doing

So a small nap is almost like an energy booster.
