and today I want to give you a few tips for new entrepreneurs.

What would you do differently from what you’re doing today?
There’s never been a better time than
right now to start your own business.
It doesn’t matter how old you are
or where you’re at in your life.
You can become an entrepreneur.
Here are 6 tips for new entrepreneurs
thinking about starting your own business.
1.Evaluate your idea.
How did you come up with your idea for a business?
Is this something you are passionate about or
do you think about it and that’s just a good way to make money?
While passion is important,
sometimes that isn’t always a business plan that will lead to success.
On the other hand,
if you are just in something for the money,
you may not have the motivation to stick with it for the long haul.
Will there be enough potential customers to
help make your idea a success?
Spend time looking at all angles of your idea
before you move forward.
2.Research and understand your target market.
Your target market is vitally important to your success in business.
This is who you’ll be marketing to and
who will be making up the majority of your customers base.
Spend time learning about your target market.
Who are these people?
What motivates them?
What will it take to make your business become the go-to choice
among this group of customers?
Creating something called a Marketing Persona is a great idea
as it can help you to put your face to your target market.
As an entrepreneur,
you’ll need to work hard if you plan to succeed.
Don’t go into this way of life thinking that
you will be living the high life relaxing on the beach.
At least at first,
you will need to work hard hard hard.
And if you want to succeed,
you will constantly need to work even harder.
When you’re first launching a business,
you will have to fill many of the roles yourself,
sometimes all of them, right down to empty in the wastebasket.
Wake up each day with a plan or a list of activities and stick to it.

The most successful entrepreneurs are those
who are willing to put the work into growing their business.
4.Listen to what your clients are saying.
Their criticisms or observations
and be willing to change if necessary to make them happy.
As you get your business off the ground,
one of your sources of information are your clients.
Listen to what your clients are telling you
and then make changes based on that input.
If you’re not sure what your clients or customers have to say,
perhaps you need to do a little reconnaissance.
A survey is a great way to
gather information from your customers.
Most of the time,
customers are eager to share experiences with a new company
and they are excited to help you grow.
These early customers get to feel like
they are part of your organization in a way
since they have been with you, since day one.
5.Network with experienced people.
Networking and masterminding is something that
benefits business owners both new and experienced.
As a new entrepreneur,
you can benefit greatly by
networking with others or more experienced than you are.
It may surprise you to find that
many other business owners are happy to
share their knowledge and experience with you.
Think about networking with others who work in fields
that are similar or fields that may benefit from your knowledge.
You may even have knowledge that can help them.
Finally, constantly learn and adjust.
As you become more comfortable with your role as an entrepreneur,
and a business owner,
it’s easy to fall into a rut
just because something is working well today
doesn’t mean you have to do things that way forever.
You need to be willing to constantly learn and adjust as you grow.
Take advantage of new technology
and utilize additional marketing opportunities
when they become available.
You always want to feel like
you’re doing something new and fresh
so that you appear new and fresh to your customers as well.
Starting a new business
can be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling things
you ever do in your life.
Because of this,
it’s worth pushing through the difficult moments.
You’ll be working towards something that is bigger than you,
something that will benefit you and your family
for years and even decades to come.
Remember the biggest enemy of entrepreneur is the comfort zone,
which is where you start off doing something that works,
but as time changes, it no longer works as well
and you insist on continuing to do it.
You must open to the possibility that
the market has changed and that what you are doing today
is completely wrong.
How do you tell?
Well, your sales and your profitability continue to grow
day after day, week after week, month after month.

If they are not, pull back and ask yourself:
Could there be something that I need to do more of or less up?
Could there be something that I need to start doing or stop doing?
Be open to the possibility that
what you’re doing today is no longer what is needed
to make your customers happy.
