Here’s five great reasons why women should be lifting weights.
The first one is you’re going to strengthen your bone,
which is a critical one for women especially as we get a little bit older.
So weight can be your best defence against osteal process.
We really wanna think about keeping those bones strong.
So any kind of resistance training is gonna be really good.
The next thing we are going to talk about is you are gonna burn more calories.
So by adding more muscle mass onto your body
is gonna boost your metabolism.
and your body is gonna be a much more efficient fat-burning machine.
So you may notice the scale going up.
But you have to remember muscle is gonna weigh more than fat.
So just remember that when you kind of start seeing that scale go up,
you are getting stronger.
Ah the third is you are going to be heart-healthy.
Lifting can actually lower your blood pressure.

you’re not gonna see that, you’re just going to be toning and sculpting the body.
And what’s great about that is you can actually sculpt and tone
and maybe add curves onto your body or maybe you don’t have that.
So let’s get it. And our fifth reason is you’re gonna be happier and less stressed,
With this training can actually help you beat the blues.
So even if you work out even three times a week,
this actually helps reduce depression.
So it has the power of releasing those good old endorphin
that make everybody feel great
