And in today’s video we’re going to be showing you three DIY notebooks

and you guys are gonna need school supplies soon
所以你不妨给自己制作一些萌萌哒的笔记本
so you may as well make some cute ones for yourself.

Now, lets get onto the video.
首先你需要的DIY用品
The supplies you need for the first DIY,
含Five Star 的一本主题笔记本
is a Five Star one subject notebook, plus
以及若干卡纸和摩宝胶
some card stock, also you need Mod Podge,
一支漆刷来蘸摩宝胶
a paintbrush to dip the Mod Podge in,
你的instagram上迷人又可爱的照片及剪刀
those cute adorable photos from your Instagram feed, and scissors.
DIY的第一步就是取出卡纸
The first step to this DIY is to take your card stock
按照笔记本的封面尺寸来裁剪
and cut it so it matches the front cover of your notebook
然后你要拿出摩宝胶
and then you’re gonna take your Mod Podge
涂在卡纸的背面
and Mod Podge the back of the card stock.
在卡纸的背面涂完摩宝胶后
Once you’re done Mod Podgeing the back of the card stock,
将卡纸贴在笔记本的封面
you are going stick it to the front cover of your notebook,
我们正在DIY的是Five Star的一款主题笔记本
now we are actually using our Five Star one subject notebook for out first DIY
它的封面是我们大爱的防水材质
and the covers on these are actually water resistant which we love,
因为防水材质能让我们的DIY顺利进行
because that means we can do DIYs like this
而且效果斐然可观
and it works perfectly.
现在你可以开始选取那些已打印的Instagram上美美的自拍照了
Now you’re gonna go ahead and take those cute Instagram selfies that you printed off
继续绕着相片轮廓裁剪
and you’re gonna go ahead and cut around the figures in the pictures
然后将它们贴在卡纸上 地方随你喜欢
and then place them wherever you like on the card stock.
剪好照片后
Once you have finished cutting out the pictures,
取出摩宝胶
go ahead and take your Mod Podge
在你刚刚剪好的相片背后涂上摩宝胶
and Mod Podge the back of this pictures that you have just previously cut out,
这样你就可以将照片贴在笔记本上
so that way you can place them on your notebook
当你粘好照片后 它们就会保持不掉
and they will stay there, exactly where you placed them.
最后但同样重要的一步是
And the last but not least step,
用摩宝胶粘好所有的照片后
after you have finished Mod Podgeing all of your pictures,
继续用摩宝胶在照片上涂上光层
go ahead and do a light layer of Mod Podge on the top of them

so you make sure they stay exactly where you put them.

There you have your cute Instagram notebook, but wait,

I don’t know about you guys but I always feel like

I need more space to hold my papers,

so here you guys can use these organizational dividers
当你打开笔记本时
that actually snap into your notebook
有一个地方能存放你的纸张
and there’s a place to hold your papers,
或者如果你不想它们夹在笔记本内
or, if you don’t want them in your notebook,
你可以把将其塞入活页夹
you can always slide them into your binder.

For our second DIY, you’re going to need some card stock paper,

a Five Star three subject notebook,

some paintbrushes, and some watercolor paints.
制作水彩笔记本的第一步是
The first step for our watercolor notebook
用大号的漆刷在水杯内蘸一点水
is to take your big paintbrush and dip it in a cup of water
尔后取一张空白卡纸
and take a blank piece of card stock paper
用漆刷在卡纸上画一条直线
and draw a straight line with your paintbrush,
任水漫延在纸上
just with water across the page.
我知道你可能不思其解
And I know you’re probably really confused
在想我的用意何在
and wondering what the heck I’m doing,
但当你用小号漆刷蘸颜料
but when you take your little paintbrush and dip it in the paint
并在水带上作画时
and then you paint in the water stripe,
颜料只会在湿水处散开
it will only let the paint spread where the water is
那么这便可页面上绘出一条秀美的条纹
so it makes a perfect stripe across the page.
当你在描线时
When you’re painting your lines,
确保它们间距在一到两厘米内
just make sure they are separated about a centimeter or two,
不必担心他们是否尺寸完全一致
and don’t worry about them being exactly the same size,
你若想要些许抽象感 就画得差不多像漆板
you kinda want it to be abstract, almost like a paint swatch.

I’m just gonna keep continuing doing this all the way down

the page with different colors of paint.
直到涂至纸张底端
Once you’re hit the bottom of the paper you are complete,
等它风干了就是成品
you have finished your project and you just have to let it dry.

Once your paper has dried,
拿出Five Sta的第三主题笔记本
you can take your Five Star three subjects notebook,
打开最上层的塑料片 并将画纸置于塑料片下
open the plastic flap on the top and slip the paper inside the plastic flap
自制水彩笔记本便大功告成啦
and you have completed your watercolor DIY notebook.
这些笔记本深得我们欢心的原因之一便是纸张质量上乘
And one thing we love about these notebooks is that the paper is high quality
故而你们可以双面书写 便于阅读
so you can write on both sides and easily read both sides.
第三种DIY需要的材料有
– The supplies you’ll need for the third DIY is
一本Five Star第三主题笔记本 些许卡纸
a Five Star three subject notebook, some card stock,
一块纸板 一支漆刷并选择颜料颜色
a paper plate, along with a paintbrush and paint color of your choice,
择一尤为喜之颜色以及模板贴纸
pick a good one, and then some stencil stickers.
好了 第一步
Alright, so time for the first step,
首先要做的是裁剪卡纸
the first thing you need to do is cut your card stock
裁剪尺寸与笔记本的封面一致
so it matches the measurements of the front cover of your notebook,
然后去找一把尺子
and then go ahead and find a ruler
或者一张直边纸 或者其它能确保
or a straight piece of paper or something to make sure that
你在卡纸上拼写想要的单词时
when you are spelling the words you want on the card stock,
拼写单词在同一直线上的东西
you are spelling them in a straight line.
我不清楚你们的情况 但事实确实如此
I don’t know about you guys, but literally,
倘若我一意孤行 我会在一条完全倾斜的线上拼写
I would have it in a complete slanted diagonal line if I didn’t do this,
所以这些工具是不可或缺的
so it’s definitely necessary.
一旦你在纸上写完单词 那就取出颜料
Once you have finished spelling the words on your card stock, go ahead and take your paint,
如你想试造出一种新颜色 那就像我这样将颜料混合
mix them together if you’re trying to create a different color like I am,
我正在试调亮黄色
I’m trying to do a light yellow.
取出刚刚的卡纸 继续在纸上涂满色
And then once you have your paper, go ahead and just paint all over the card stock,
包含上层的模板贴纸
including on top of your stencil stickers.
上完色后且颜料全干了
Once you have finished painting and it’s all dry,
那就取根牙签来揭开模板贴纸
go ahead and take a toothpick and begin pulling off the stencil stickers
然后你就能看见卡纸下可爱的花纹及拼写文字
so you can see the cute print of your card stock underneath, spelling the words.
当卡纸已经完全干燥且脱去了模版贴纸
Once it’s completely dry, and you have finished pulling off your stencil stickers
你可以把它插进笔记本的封面
you can slide it into the front cover of the notebook,
