We all dislike doctor’s visits,
but sometimes the body sends us signs
we’d be foolish to ignore.
Why is that?
Well, our body is biologically designed to recognize
when we were potentially in danger,
and therefore sends us signals so that we take action.
But some symptoms are potentially life-threatening conditions
are more subtle than others.
For the sake of our health, let’s find them out.
You might not be aware, but itching is a sign of diabetes.
This sensation occurs when nerve fibers found
that outer layers of skin have been damaged.
The damage is caused by high level of glucose in the blood,
which is called diabetic polyneuropathy.
In addtion to this,
there are various other diabetes related issues that can cause inching,
such as liver failure or allergic reaction to medications.
But YouTube video, we all get inched from time to time.
So how do we know when to visit the doctor?
First, you should know that this kind of inching
appears anywhere on your body.
And it can be so severe
that you won’t be able to sleep.
So if you feel very uncomfortable in your clothes
and cannot function normally,
you should most certainly see your dermatologist.
But don’t worry.
Because diabetes related inching can be cured
if you manage your diet carefully,
avoid very hot baths,
and apply lotion to keep your skin moisturized.
And if you are diagnosed with diabetes,
your next stop should be your endocrinologist
who will provide you with all the necessary information.
No.9 Sharp pain on your side
If all of a sudden, you start feeling
a sharp pain in the lower right region of your body,
you should see your doctor straight away.
Becasue it might be appendicitis.
It may feel like someone is piercing your body.
You may feel nauseated and perhaps even feverish.
If you have reasons to believe that your appendicitis is inflamed,
you should definitely head out to the emergency room.
They will then direct you to the gastroenterologist
who can consult a general surgeon and perform an emergency surgery.
It sounds scary.
But it’s nothing compared to the damage
a burst appendicitis can do.
If it bursts,
it releases toxins into your body which can cause sepsis,
a potentially life-threatening condition as your organ may start failing.
Best of all, if you catch it early enough,
you may be able to treat it with antibiotics.
So if you’re having doubts, don’t think twice
and have someone drive you to the nearest hospital.
A false alarm will be the least of your concerns.
And no one will blame you if you’re being too cautious.
No.8 Damaged nails
Did you know that a lot of changes in our nails
actually signal more serious issues?
Our nails are smooth
and have a coloring that’s normal if we’re healthy.
But if you see any abnormalities in your nails,
then you should go and see a doctor.
But what kind of abnormalities are we talking about?
Well, you should look first these coloration,

is heart or lung diseases.

and should most definitely not be overlooked.
No.7 Flashes of light
Have you recently started experiencing short, bright flashes of light?
The more entertaining answer would be
that someone around you is doing magic.
But I doubt that’s the case.
The explanation might be less entertaining but more realistic
and definitely are caused to go see your ophthalmologist, if you have one.
If you’re expriencing bright spots, short blinding flashes,
or any other visual disturbance,
it’s possible that your retina has been damaged.
If your retina has detached,
it requires immediately meidical attention
before you have to deal with issues such as permanent vision loss.
The bright side is that this can be dealt with easily
without any permanant damage,
if you go see your doctor in time.
It’s also possible that your vision gets slightly worse
that your will need glasses or contact lenses.
If none of these mentioned diagnosis fits you,
it’s possible that the flashes are only warning signs
that you may be having a migraine soon.

you should pay a visit to a headache or migraine specialist
who can help you deal with this.
No.6 Sudden confusion
One of the most serious medical condition you can exprience
is a brain tumor or bleeding in the brain.
This can manifest through very ordinary symptoms
that are easy to overlook,
such as sudden confusion.
If you are becoming confused without any reasonable explanation,
or if you are showing an inability to concentrate,
this may be the reason why.
In addition to this,
there are other symptoms just as easily overlooked,
such as changes in personality, sudden burst,
or erratic behavior or impulsive decision-making.
If this kind of behavior
isn’t already a part of your character,
your brain might be signaling to you in any way it can
that something is wrong.
The faster you act, the better.
Even if all the symptoms are caused by the brain tumor,
they can point other serious situations such as stroke.
If you’re in doubt, head to see your neurologist.

it’s better to be safe than sorry
and prevent more serious and complicated innervation by being cautious.
No.5 Swollen legs
If you work long hours while being on your feet,
you’re probably subjected to constant swelling in the legs.
But the truth is that this without a proper cause
can point out more serious condition than you initially thought.
If there are accumulative fluid called edema in your extremities
without proper cause
and if it’s very persistent,
it’s time to go see your doctor.
It can be a symptom of various serious conditions
the most severe being heart failure.
This happens because when blood and other fluids block your cirulation,
the heart is forcing to overtime
which becomes damaging overtime.
If after seeing a cardiologist,
you’re sure that the heart is not the issue.
It might be your hormones, especially thyroid hormones.
And you should go and see your endocrinologist.
Similiar to this situation,
swollen toes can also indicate a serious condition,
such as psoriatic arthritis.

because prevention is still the best therapy.

There is nothing worse than having a toothache,
but if your teeth are damaged more than they should be,
you might be looking at a more serious condition.
Teeth damage can indicate that
you are dealing with heartburn, or even cancer.
This happens because of acid reflux from struggling internal organs.
If you don’t see a gastrointestinal specialist
and don’t get mistreated,
it can even lead to esophageal cancer.
And if you’re dealing with one particular throbbing tooth,
the situation is not as serious but equally is painful.
Because you’re probably dealing with nerve damage,
the intervention isn’t expensive or painless.
But the longer you wait, the worse it will be.
I know it doesn’t seem like it.
But there’re far worse thing than going to the dentist.
No.3 Irregular bladder or bowel movements
Sometimes the signs the body is sending us
are way too subtle for us to notice,
and that leads to some cancer being detected way too late.
In this case, the symptoms I’m referring to
are changes in bowel or bladder movements.
Yes, of course, they can be caused by infections,
certain foods or even allergies.
But they can also show us
our body is dealing with something more serious.
It’s precisely because we don’t think much of them.
That severe conditions can go undetected for years without being noticed.
If you notice a change
that doesn’t go away with herbal teas, soups and other fluids,
you should waste no time going to your urologist or specialist.
Somtimes fear prevents us
from paying a visit to our nearest health insitution.
But the consequences are far too great to be overlooked.

Another warning sign your body may send you
that can be easily overlooked
is slightly discolored or purple knuckles.
Knuckles that show changing color, swelling,
or any sort of abnormalities
can be a sign of dermatomyositis.
This condition is an inflammation of the muscle tissue
right underneath the skin of our knuckles.
And it’s caused by a lack of collagen.
It represents itself as swelling and discoloration.
But the issue lies in the fact
that this autoimmune condition can be a warning sign
for a variety of cancers
而这些癌症会攻击我们的内部器官 肺 胰腺 卵巢
that attack our internal organs, lungs, pancreas or ovaries.
This is why even mild symptoms like this one should not be overlooked,
no matter how busy our lives get.

Women tend to spend a lot of time worrying about their hair,
关于发型 关于发长 关于发色

But following the newest trend styles isn’t all that important,
Hanging slightly more attention to our hair,
however, can actually save our lives.
If your hair ever gets the thinner
without any logical explanation or external factors,
you might be dealing with a more serious issue.
This may signal an autoimmune disease,
such as thyroid disease.
Before the situation escalates,
you should pay a visit to your gynecologist
as well as endocrinologist to determine exactly what the issue is
and how to properly treat it.
In addition to this,
your minishing hair can also point out to other issues
that are related to nutritional deficiency,
especially lack of vitamins B and D.
And even though you can always take vitamins to improve your health,
Actually eating healthy food that’re naturally packed with vitamins
is the best and the fastest way to improve your health.
